AGY Group, under the leadership of its founder Ali Gökhan Yazıcı, has become a pioneering brand in the pastry industry through innovation and a commitment to quality. Born in Istanbul in 1990, Yazıcı graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and entered the business world after completing the KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Program.Between 2008 and 2012, he worked in the printer accessories and ink sector through his family business before founding AGY Group in 2013 and investing in the pastry industry. During this time, he launched Sweetsorcery.com.tr, Turkey’s most comprehensive online platform for pastry supplies.Strengthening his retail experience with two stores in Istanbul and a wholesale model, he paved the way for many entrepreneurs to enter the sector. In 2019, the company began manufacturing silicone molds, and in 2021, with experienced engineer partners, it launched the Bonicia brand, specializing in food coloring and pastry raw materials.
